Return Exchange

Had a change of heart? Thats okay, at LA7ONLINE we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. You have 30 days from the ship date to make a return / exchange. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.

All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable). Final sale items or items that value $5 & Under cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law. All accessoies are final sale items.

To return or exchange by mail:

Simply package or box the desired qualifying merchindise, choose the shipping provider of your prefrence and return the merchindise along with the original invoice / packing slip and customs documents (if applicable) sent in the original package. You will need to send an email to returns@la7online.com specifying if the merchindise is to be returned or exchanged. For exchanges, please email what size / product you would like to exchage for. All qualifying items MUST BE IN NEW / UNUSED CONDITION (qualifiying items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached). Any merchindise sent back that does not meet the requirements will not be refunded or exchanged (returns lost in return-shipping process will not be refunded). Sale items or items that value $5 & Under cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law. All accessoies / perfumes and colognes are final sale items. LA7ONLINE does not offer any pre-paid return / exchange labels.
