Enhance and enliven your eyes with the long- wearing and bold colors of the Wholly Addiction Eye Pencil. This smooth formula makes the eye pencil blendable, yet doesn’t budge after it sets. The color pigment with a matte finish gives the eyes an alluring look that makes every eyes desirable.

HOW TO USE

Apply the Wholly Addiction Eye Pencil on the waterline to define and shape the eyes. Use sharpener when necessary to help provide precise application.
